With which service provider will my order be shipped?
Within Germany we ship with DPD. You can also select DHL or UPS at checkout.
Do we also ship abroad?
We ship worldwide, prices will be shown at checkout. Shipping will be done by Fedex or UPS.

Will I receive an invoice?
You will receive an invoice with VAT to each order.
I come from the EU and have a valid VAT ID
At checkout you have the option to enter your VAT ID. Or inform us about it by email.
You will then receive an invoice without VAT from us.
Is express delivery possible?
At checkout you can select express shipping, the package will be processed with the highest priority and shipped by express.
Do I have warranty?
We - Maranos GmbH - offer our customers a 6 month warranty on used items and 12 months on new items.
Please refer to the item description for the condition.
Do I have a right of return?
We grant you a 30-day return policy. Please note that our seals are not damaged and original sealed items must not be opened.
What shipping costs can I expect?
Within Germany we ship free of charge from 19 Euro purchase value.
Is a pickup possible?
Pickup is possible on weekdays from 08:00 - 16:00. By arrangement also at other times. Select pickup at checkout. You will be notified by us as soon as the goods are ready for pickup.
Are the items in stock?
We map our actual stock. If you see a stock the item is also in stock.
Are these original images?
All pictures in our webshop are original pictures that we take of the goods ourselves. The pictures of the tools are original pictures of the manufacturers.
I can't find the article on the website.
If you do not find the item you are looking for, we will be happy to receive your inquiry via the contact form or e-mail. We receive new goods daily and are connected with a large dealer network. In most cases we can make you an offer with price and delivery time.
